Whipped feta dip
Ingredients:

8 ounces block quality feta, drained

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, more as needed

1/4 cup hot honey
-
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
-
3–4 tablespoons crushed pistachios
Instructions:
1) In a food processor, combine the feta, greek yogurt, lemon zest, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2) Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl/plate.
3) Top with hot honey, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, and crushed pistachios.
4) Serve with a big bowl of My Dad’s Chips (Original or Unsalted suggested) and enjoy!
