Fall salad with My dad's chips


  • 5 oz. of baby arugula

  • 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans

  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced

  • 1 oz. bag of My Dad's Chips

  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add arugula, goat cheese, apple slices, and pecans to a bowl.

  2. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper in a separate bowl and dress your salad.

  3. Crush up 1 oz. bag of My Dad's Chips for the perfect, crunchy topping!
