Fried pickle chips
Ingredients:

3 cups of crushed-up My Dad's Chips

1 (16-ounce) container of Grillo's Dill Pickle Chips

2 large eggs
-
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-
2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 385 degrees.

Drain pickle chips and pat dry.

Add flour, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika to a bowl and mix.

In another bowl, whisk two eggs until smooth.

Crush up 3 cups of MDC and add to a separate bowl.

Dip your pickles in the flour, then the egg wash, and finally into the crushed chips.

Add pickles to the air fryer for 5-7 minutes, flipping them over half way through.

Enjoy with your dip of choice!
