Fried pickle chips


  • 3 cups of crushed-up My Dad's Chips

  • 1 (16-ounce) container of Grillo's Dill Pickle Chips

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 385 degrees.

  2. Drain pickle chips and pat dry.

  3. Add flour, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika to a bowl and mix.

  4. In another bowl, whisk two eggs until smooth.

  5. Crush up 3 cups of MDC and add to a separate bowl.

  6. Dip your pickles in the flour, then the egg wash, and finally into the crushed chips.

  7. Add pickles to the air fryer for 5-7 minutes, flipping them over half way through.

  8. Enjoy with your dip of choice!
